About us

Handcrafted Solid Wood Lighting, Made in Latvia

Welcome to Zihmanis Creations, where we create handcrafted lighting from selected solid wood. Our lighting is designed for those who value authentic materials, refined design, and long-lasting quality. Each piece is handmade in Latvia using precision craftsmanship, combining minimalist aesthetics with the natural warmth of real wood. No two lights are identical — every piece carries its own unique grain and character.

Lighting for Refined Interiors

In interior design, lighting defines atmosphere. Our solid wood ceiling spotlights are created to bring warmth, balance, and natural elegance into a space. They integrate seamlessly into minimalist interiors, Scandinavian design, modern architectural homes, boutique spaces, and premium environments. Wood creates a depth and authenticity that plastic and other materials cannot replicate.

Crafted from Noble Solid Hardwood

We use solid wood such as American Walnut, Oak, Ash, and custom selected species. Each piece is treated with a high-quality natural hardwax oil that protects the wood while preserving its authentic texture and tone — enhancing durability and ensuring long-lasting beauty.

Sustainable and Responsible Craftsmanship

We believe in sustainable design and natural materials. Solid wood is renewable, durable, and repairable — making it a superior choice over mass-produced fixtures. Every light is built to last for years, using replaceable LED bulbs and minimizing waste through responsible production.

Designed for Longevity

Our spotlights use energy-efficient GU10 LED bulbs, providing long life and minimal energy consumption. Because the bulb is replaceable, your fixture remains functional and beautiful for years to come.
